The Lenze e300 brake module 200W is a compact external brake resistor module for Lenze inverters — providing controlled dissipation of regenerative energy during motor deceleration. When a motor is decelerated by an inverter, the motor acts as a generator, sending power back to the inverter. Without a brake resistor, this regenerative energy causes DC bus overvoltage and inverter trip. The e300 brake module safely dissipates this energy as heat.
